We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with disabilities and their caretakers. While we are based in Lorain County, Ohio, our community is open and welcoming to individuals and families from surrounding counties as well.

Our programs are designed with care, connection, and accessibility in mind. Because we are locally focused, we’re able to provide resources, activities, and support that are meaningful and relevant to those we serve right here in Lorain County. This allows us to build strong relationships, partner with local businesses and organizations, and create opportunities that truly reflect the needs of our community.

At the same time, we recognize that support shouldn’t stop at county lines. We welcome participants from neighboring areas who are looking for connection, engagement, and a supportive community. Our goal is to create a space where individuals and caretakers alike feel included, supported, and valued.
